The ads are too long

It's important to know that we do have two types of ads throughout the game. We have what is called an interstitial ad and the rewarded one.

Interstitial ads can be skipped after a short period of time and they appear randomly between puzzles. Now, the rewarded ones are completely optional and they can make you double rewards (aka coins). In order to get a double reward, it's necessary to watch the entire ad. Otherwise, our server won't be able to send you the coins.

Keep in mind that none of these ads should exceed the 30 seconds limit. If you come across an ad that is longer than that, please send us an email through the game along with a screenshot of the ad you were watching. If possible, please access the information button of the ad and take a screenshot. This will let us know which ad network is presenting those ads. The information button usually is located at one of the corners of the ad.

To send the email through the game, head to the Settings menu, and then tap on the Mail icon. Our team will reply to you as soon as possible.
