I tried to watch an ad but it didn't play

When you try to watch a video and it doesn’t work, it’s either because there’s some instability with the internet connection or the game’s system that selects ads for you. To try and solve this, we recommend that you follow the steps below.

• Check if the internet connection is fine and stable.
• Close all the apps that are running in the background.
• Try using a different network (both Wi-Fi and mobile data).
• If possible, wait a couple of hours to see if it gets back to normal.
